Lucious Cake delivers fresh cakes, flowers and gifts across Delhi NCR, 24 hours a day, including late-night, midnight and early-morning surprises. Here is everything you need to know about delivery.

Where we deliver

We deliver to every sector and locality of Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Sohna and Faridabad. Enter your PIN code on the cake page to see the delivery options for your address.

For Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Chennai, Patna and Bangalore, please message us on WhatsApp with your PIN code and date before ordering, so we can confirm delivery for your address.

How fast we deliver

• Express, as fast as 1 hour: select fresh cakes can reach areas near our kitchen in about an hour. Delivery time depends on your location and the cake you choose.
• Within 1-2 hours: for nearby areas of Delhi, Gurugram and Noida, depending on the cake design.
• Within 3 hours: across all of Delhi NCR, for all products including custom, designer and corporate cakes and flowers.

Delivery options and timings

• Standard delivery: choose a convenient 3-hour window between 9 AM and 9 PM.
• Same-day delivery: place your order by 9 PM for delivery the same day, within 3 hours.
• Late-night delivery: between 9 PM and 11 PM.
• Midnight delivery: around 12 midnight (11:45 PM to 12:15 AM). Order online by 11 PM, or by 11:30 PM on phone.
• Early-morning delivery: between 7 AM and 9 AM. Order before 11 PM the night before.

The options available for your PIN code and date appear on the cake page when you choose your delivery slot.

Delivery charges

Any charge for your chosen delivery slot is shown on the cake page and in your cart before you pay. There are no hidden charges at checkout.

For a smooth delivery

• Give a complete address with landmark, the correct PIN code and a reachable recipient phone number.
• For surprises, tell us if the recipient should not be called before delivery, and share gate or society entry instructions.
• Delivery is attempted once. If the recipient is unavailable or unreachable, entry is restricted or the delivery is refused, the order is treated as delivered.
• If the recipient is not available, we may hand the order to security, reception or a family member at the address.

Delays

We work hard to deliver on time, but traffic, weather, road closures, festivals or other events beyond our control can sometimes cause a delay. We will keep you informed if this happens. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens if we miss a paid time slot.

Cake care after delivery

• Keep your cake refrigerated and take it out about 15-20 minutes before serving.
• Carry the box flat from the base, and keep it away from direct heat and sunlight.
• Remove any toppers, candles and non-edible decorations before cutting.
