Send your six-digit delivery PIN code, full address and requested delivery date to our team. Please include the cake you would like, the required weight and any custom design requirements so we can discuss your order accurately.

Delivery dates and slots

Tell us your preferred date and time window. Available arrangements depend on your location, cake requirements and preparation capacity. A requested slot is not confirmed until our team has confirmed it with you.

Express delivery enquiries

Express delivery is available in eligible locations, subject to confirmation. Contact us before ordering if you need a cake urgently. We will confirm whether your cake and requested delivery time can be accommodated; no universal delivery-time promise applies.

Scheduling custom cakes

Please enquire early for photo cakes, detailed designs and larger celebration cakes. Our team will discuss preparation time, design feasibility, price and delivery arrangements before your order is finalised.
