Product Terms & Conditions

11. Orders

1. Orders can only be placed by individuals above 18 years of age.
2. An order becomes binding once we confirm acceptance via email or SMS.
3. All products are subject to availability. Substitutions may be made when necessary.
4. Customized cakes may vary slightly from reference images due to artistic interpretation.

12. Prices & Payments

1. Prices are shown on the Website and include applicable taxes.
2. Delivery charges are calculated separately at checkout.
3. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, net banking, and UPI.
4. Orders will only be dispatched after successful payment.

13. Delivery

1. We deliver only to serviceable pin codes listed on our Website.
2. While we aim to deliver on the requested date/time, delays may occur due to unforeseen events.
3. Orders may require a signature on delivery. Delivery to offices, hotels, hospitals, or similar addresses will be considered complete once signed by an authorized person.
4. Risk of the product passes to you once delivered.

14. Returns, Complaints & Cancellations

1. Due to the perishable nature of cakes and fresh items, returns are not accepted.
2. Complaints must be raised within:
   • 24 hours for cakes/flowers/fresh items
   • 48 hours for other products

4. Cancellations:
   • Regular orders – at least 24 hours before delivery
   • Customized cakes – at least 72 hours before delivery
   A voucher equal to the paid amount will be issued, valid for 6 months.

15. Refunds

1. Refunds will be issued only in cases where Lucious Cake Pvt. Ltd. is unable to fulfill the order.
2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
3. Management reserves the right to issue refunds in the form of vouchers.

16. Damaged or Wrong Products

1. If a cake/product is damaged on delivery, please send a photo within 1 hour of receipt.
2. In such cases, we may redeliver or provide a suitable resolution.
3. Wrong products received must be reported immediately for replacement or refund.

17. Cancellation by Us

1. We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:
   • Stock unavailability
   • Incorrect pricing or description
2. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

19. Events Beyond Our Control

1. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lucious Cake Pvt. Ltd.

21. Disclaimer – Cake & Bakery Products

1. All our cakes and bakery products are handmade and prepared fresh to order. As a result, slight variations in design, color, decoration, and size may occur compared to reference images shown on the Website or shared during order placement.
2. Fresh flowers, fruits, toppings, or decorative items used in cakes are subject to seasonal and regional availability. Substitutions may be made without prior notice while maintaining quality standards.
3. Cakes may contain or come in contact with common allergens such as milk, wheat, soy, nuts, and gluten. Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of placing the order. Lucious Cake Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for allergic reactions arising due to undisclosed sensitivities.
4. Storage and handling after delivery are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend refrigeration for cream-based cakes and consumption within 24 hours of delivery for best taste and freshness.
5. Decorative items, cake toppers, candles, or non-edible accessories used in cakes are for presentation purposes only and must be removed before consumption.
6. While we take utmost care in timely delivery, unforeseen delays due to traffic, weather, or other external circumstances may occur. Customers are requested to plan orders in advance to avoid inconvenience.
